Ka Standard Products

50W Ka Wideband GaN Matchbox BUC
Weighing just 13 pounds, this compact unit provides the same power as the previous generation, Gilat’s new Matchbox 50W Wideband Ka GaN BUC is the next generation of the world’s most widely-deployed solid state amplifier built at this power level. This unit delivers 25 watts of linear power to the feed in a rugged package and includes a Wideband Ka-band BUC to enable operation on all LEO, MEO, and GEO Ka-band constellations.

50W Military Ka-Band GaN Matchbox BUC
Weighing just 13 pounds, Gilat’s new Matchbox 50W Military Ka-Band GaN BUC is the next generation of the world’s most widely-deployed solid state amplifier built at this power level.
This unit delivers 25 watts of linear power to the feed in a rugged package and provides the same capability as our previous generation with a 52% reduction in volume and 60% decrease in weight. This unit is MIL-STD-188-164C compliant and is ideally suited for trailer-mounted and VSAT-mounted tactical SSPB applications.

50W Ka- band Deck BUC
Gilat’s 50W Ka-band Deck Block Upconverter (BUC) is the most widely deployed solid state amplifier built at this power level. Gilat enables a full 25 Watts of linear power into the feed with a rugged unit that can be mounted directly onto the feed arm of medium aperture antennas.

12W Ka Wideband GaN Mini Matchbox BUC
This rugged, extremely lightweight GaN BUC leads the industry in linear power for a feed-mount ready package, ensuring maximum available power at the feed flange. Housed in a super compact, outdoor package, Gilat’s 12W Ka-Wideband Mini Matchbox BUC can cover multiple commercial and military frequency bands with a switchable upconverter.

15W Ka Wideband GaN Microstream BUC
This rugged, extremely lightweight GaN BUC leads the industry in linear power. Housed in a super compact, outdoor package, the Gilat 15W Ka-Wideband Microstream BUC can cover multiple commercial and military frequency bands with a switchable upconverter.
